Production Account Manager will have previous experience in an ecommerce studio environment, looking to develop their career in the production industry and progress with the company.

Working as a key part of our in house production team, you will be reporting to the Head of Client Services. You must be extremely organised with excellent communication skills and able to balance multiple projects at the same time, while staying focused under pressure.

Key responsibilities

  • Report into Head of Client Services
  • Lead client relationships for a number of Seventy7 clients, supported by wider team
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Manage the account financials
  • Manage and deliver client SLAs and KPIs
  • Attend QBRs and briefing meetings with clients to ensure excellent service and delivery
  • Deliver robust and regular reporting for required clients
  • Be informed of agency and client competitive environment
  • Ensure work is managed appropriately through the departments and deadlines are achieved
  • Pre-empt and trouble shoot potential issues, eg resourcing, quality, commercial
  • Assist with recruitment and manage personal development of junior teams

  • 3 years experience in an ecommerce fashion environment

Experience using Photoshop Bridge and Excel
