looking (very) good with the very look book
Very.co.uk was launched in July 2009 to give fashion-savvy, style-conscious consumers a fresh and fabulous online shopping experience. With collections from a wide range of designers and celebrities, including
Jasmine Guinness, Preen and Fearne Cotton, as well as exclusive interviews, style advice and unique video content, the Very brand is positioned at the leading edge of mainstream fashion retailing.
In line with the launch of Very’s Autumn/Winter 2010 collection online and in print, Photolink Creative Group was commissioned to produce a look book for the brand, aimed specifically at capturing the attention of the fashion media.
Handling all artwork, typography and design, Photolink produced the 40-page look book whilst adhering to Very’s brand guidelines and working hand-in-hand with the in-house creative team. Providing clear visual cues for the media to help guide them through the various themes of each collection, the look book was designed to break down each collection into its own individual component pieces. Furthermore, we have since produced Very’s Spring/Summer 2011 look book too.
