During the build-up to the launch of their new 2011/12 season kit and training range, Nottingham Forest commissioned Photolink to carry core retail creative across onto their season ticket campaign.
We’ve already provided Kitbag with creative collateral for the club’s kit launch as well as the retail operation in store, so the name of the game was to create a new campaign for the club that slotted neatly alongside their existing branding.
The resultant ‘Paint the City Red’ campaign that’s been hitting the doormats of the Forest faithful throughout the summer break is a vibrant call to action in print, which integrates seamlessly with the branding across the Nottingham Forest store and website.
Referencing European Cup glories and last season’s five-goal demolition of arch rivals Derby County, the blood-red mailer should stir a fair amount of emotion and build excitement in anticipation for the coming season. We reckon it might even give them the fight they need to get to Premiership next season. Well we would say that, wouldn’t we…?
