We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team who has enthusiasm for growing their client relation skills, somebody who can articulate opinions and make a positive contribution to our culture. You’ll be a key figure in the day-to-day, working on a variety of projects across exciting clients and will be responsible for supporting your Account Manager, working with fantastic industry specialists across multiple clients.

From planning, ideation and through to delivery of campaigns, you will help ensure both internal teams and clients are organised and informed at all times, they are guided through the process, and are efficiently documenting as you go.

You will be relied upon for your savvy organisational abilities and proactive approach and will take great pride in all output to our clients as you will have a meticulous eye for detail.

Reporting to: Account Managers

You:

  • Are proactive, not reactive and have a can do attitude!
  • Can communicate clearly and effective, in person, writing and presenting with the confidence to engage with internal teams and clients
  • Have a strong attention to detail, are highly organised and are able to be flexible to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Are eager to learn and develop
  • Have some understanding of the digital marketing world and interest in the growth of businesses
  • Would ideally have previous experience in either an agency or another client facing role
  • Are a great team player

Role Requirements

  • To work alongside the Account Managers and wider Client Services Team to co-ordinate and deliver client requirements
  • To support the day to day running of projects, ensuring all deliverables are on brief, on time and within budget
  • To develop your client relationships and communication with client contacts on a daily basis
  • Supporting your Account Manager on taking briefs and managing campaigns from concept to execution working closely with the client and internal teams. Briefs will be across print, digital assets, photography and video
  • All administration relating to the production and management of the accounts including reporting, quoting and invoicing of work
