Account Manager

We are a highly successful integrated creative content agency, working with over 160 retailers from start-ups to some of the biggest brands and names in the world of fashion & home.

Our team of 150 based across Manchester, London & Mumbai have the capability, creativity, and commercialism to provide creative solutions for our clients. We build relationships, create content, and deliver results that matter.

Our services include branding, creative, web design, digital marketing, photography, production, and video all of which are wrapped with end-to-end account management and logistics production – put simply we plan, create, and optimise content for our clients.

About the Role.

We’re looking for someone to act as a bridge between us and our clients every day. We’re a business that prides itself on delivering results and long-lasting relationships that actually matter, it’s why our clients stay with us. 

With the aim of building our existing portfolio of photography clients in our London office, you’ll be joining a fast-paced team that’s growing month-on-month. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in fashion, as well as future stars on the production of their projects. It goes without saying that you’ll need to meet their needs (and ours), and would be responsible for maintaining the strong relationships we pride ourselves on at seventy7. You’ll have a keen eye for spotting gaps where we can grow those accounts to benefit us, and the client moving forward. 

About You. 

We’re looking for people who have the right strengths for what can be a challenging environment:

  • Leading client account(s) with responsibility.
  • Managing those accounts through effective communication and problem solving.
  • Regular liaison with clients, including face to face meetings where appropriate
  • Managing the financials to maintain profitability and growth of your accounts
  • Working alongside and mentoring (where appropriate) other members of the Client Services team 

We’re not looking for people who will sit back in this role, you’ll need plenty of initiative to help spot opportunities for our clients with creative briefs and pitches (sometimes you’ll even be asked to travel for these, which is exciting!).

Being comfortable in working with and within budgets is an absolute must, and you’ll also be a really excellent note-taker on internal and external meetings.
