Our services include branding, web design, digital marketing, creative, photography, production and video all of which are wrapped with end to end account management and logistics production – put simply we plan, create, deliver and optimise content for our clients.


About the Role

There is a growing focus in the agency on content strategy and video creation with our specialist teams working closely to implement campaign-led ideas.

The Content Strategist will work closely with the creative and digital teams to act as a catalyst for coming up with and developing ideas and pushing our creative output. This is an integral role to both build a profile for the agency and deliver new and existing client projects. We are considering applicants based in both London and Manchester.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with our clients to help better plan, execute and amplify their digital presence in line with their overall brand strategy.
  • Complete smart research that can support a client brief, take content creation in the right direction and develop communication systems that are fertile and effective.
  • Define the content strategy, creating a content timeline, establishing best practice processes for our in-house teams and our clients.
  • Create and develop “always-on” strategies and multiple content for our client’s audiences across all channels.
  • Innovate around consumer trends, current debates and creative shifts.
  • Work with our specialist teams to create imagery, video, copy and potentially audio content for all channels.
  • Report on campaign performance, working with the insight teams to use the data to educate future campaigns.
  • Support pitches and proposal creation.
  • Develop a content library for distribution across our digital platforms including automation tools, social media, email and website
  • Build and execute effective Content and Social Media strategies for Seventy7.
  • Own the content creation for Seventy7 ensuring it’s engaging, helps increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Work with our internal client services, creative and digital teams on both agency and client content requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact and support for any content queries in the group.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Experienced and great at planning large campaigns with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Experienced in the world of creative content driven communications.
  • A great understanding of consumer audiences
  • An excellent communicator: you’re consultative, you understand clients’ objectives and you excel at making them happen.
  • A fantastic collaborator within multi-skilled teams.
  • You love visual culture and appreciate beautiful, modern design.
  • You have an agency or media background or have worked in-house on media and content projects for ecommerce clients.
  • Highly organised, with an analytical mindset.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects at once, successfully delivering high standard projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Retail ecommerce experience desirable but not a deal breaker.
  • Commercially aware.
