About The Role:

In the role of Post Production Coordinator you will be part of a thriving photographic team, working under a Head of Photographic Operations. You will be tasked with coordinating file management and movement across all internal servers and maintaining exemplary quality control of all imagery on a daily basis. You must be an agile and proactive team member, with an excellent eye for detail.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:  

  • Managing client SLA’s
  • Scheduling of all Post Production work throughout Manchester 
  • Coordination with suppliers for any scheduling and retouching requirements
  • Coordinating weekly, monthly and yearly Post Production forecasting 
  • Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Understand, trial and implement where correct new technologies, processes and working practices
  • Support in the development to maintain a culture of ‘can-do’ throughout departments
  • Ensuring all internal and external hard drives are backed up and logged

Skills required:

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat)
  • MAC OS
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Google Docs and Sheets
  • FTP and SFTP 
  • Adobe Scene7

You:

  • Experience in a retouching/post production department 
  • Exceptional eye for detail 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure and under tight timeframes 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Quick thinking and adaptable to any situation 
  • Ability to support with and develop studio systems and processes
  • Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) from clients
