Our services include branding, creative, web design, digital marketing, photography and video all of which are wrapped up in end-to-end account management and logistics production – put simply we plan, create, deliver and optimise content for our clients.

About The Role

Within our Creative Content Team, you’ll be collaborating daily with our Creative and Deputy Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors, Photographers and Videographers – creating and crafting your unique conceptual designs and branding across a range of formats and channels, and seeing briefs through from inception and conception to delivery.

About You

The right candidate should have a keen interest in the latest creative trends and styles, with a proven ability to design for a range of audiences. You’ll lead and manage projects across our multichannel briefs and bring design ideas to life alongside your team. Your strong eye for aesthetics and visuals will ensure we always deliver quality creative solutions to clients and for pitches. 

Key skills:

  • An excellent eye for detail and a flair for storytelling through creative design.
  • Proven experience in tailoring your designs to match consumer needs and trends.
  • Experience in creative branding and brand guidelines. 
  • Have experience designing all aspects of physical and online campaigns and content for print, POS, emails and social. 
  • Be excellent in using the Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • The ability to work on multiple briefs across a range of clients and digital platforms.
  • To have the ability to work collaboratively and effortlessly with internal teams and external suppliers, leading and directing where and when required. 
  • Be confident in presenting and pitching work and ideas to clients, with clear and engaging communication skills.

 Desirable skills:

  • Have experience of working in a fast-paced omnichannel creative environment.
  • Experience of participating in workshops to brainstorm the creative process and requirements.
  • An understanding of the production of websites, photography, video and animation.
