About The Role

As Studio Assistant you will form a vital part of our Photography team, assisting the everyday running of a busy and dynamic studio environment. You will help coordinate products and equipment for shoots for a wide range of clients, each with a unique set of needs. In addition, you’ll assist a team of Set Builders with hands-on tasks. You will work closely with a team of Photographers and Studio Support, working together to ensure client needs are always met, even on tight turnaround times.



  • Assisting with sample coordination for all clients – including but not limited to collecting, delivering, checking in, checking out and the moving of rails.
  • Assisting with the organisation, collection & set up of photographic equipment and sets.
  • Supporting the Photographers when needed with processing & PDF generation.
  • Assisting the styling team with the sourcing, collection and returning of props.
  • Assisting the studio support team with external client requirements – including but not limited to studio turnarounds, collecting and dropping of equipment (possible early, lates & weekends required)
  • Assisting the set builder with the set up / strike down of sets



  • Experience working within a photographic studio is desirable
  • Enthusiastic and highly organised, you must be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent time management
  • Be a strong team player who is eager to learn and can grasp information quickly
  • Flexible approach to meet business needs
  • Be able to develop and maintain a culture of ‘can do’ throughout other departments
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
