About the Role

As a stylist at seventy7 you will be joining a highly motivated and creative photographic team. You will work across a range of clients and types of styling across both fashion and homewares.

You will be required to manage your own duties, working closely with a photographer. You will report directly to the senior stylist and your daily tasks will be scheduled by the seventy7 traffic manager.

You must ensure that we are meeting our client’s needs and those of seventy7 through strong client relationships and excellent communication, while ensuring that projects are delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Your role will consist of the following:

• Styling mannequins, flats and accessories still life fashion
• Styling homeware still life and lifestyle shoots
• Styling model shoots and creative campaigns
• Working across a range of accounts on client-facing shoots
• Pro-active attitude
• Signing off images with the photographer, quality control and workflow data input
• Meet daily and weekly targets whilst maintaining high quality of styling and creative flair
• Responsibility for your own time management and teamwork with the photographer on set to ensure workload is completed to a high standard
• Accurately following detailed client briefs and Style Guides to ensure the product is shot consistently
• Communicating any issues to the Line Manager and seeking advice to help to resolve them
• Ensuring sets and styling props area are well maintained and tidy throughout the shoot day
• Working with the photographer on set to direct model and select the best imagery
• Taking an active interest in client brands and trend development, undertaking research and creating mood boards in conjunction with the seventy7 photographic art director when necessary
• Taking ownership of key accounts – working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure a smooth shoot
• Working with the senior stylist to continuously try and find ways to streamline the process and ensure quality is maintained
• Managing a busy workload, working at a positive pace to meet individual deadlines, as well as the greater needs of the photographic team
• Careful handling of all stock is imperative, including re-tagging and packaging to an acceptable standard

Key Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a stylist in a photographic styling team
• To have a strong portfolio of womenswear, menswear, childrenswear and homeware still life and model ecommerce styling
• Must be able to demonstrate experience of working directly with art directors, creative teams and clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experienced styling in a high volume, demanding ecommerce environment
• Have and keep a firm understanding of current and upcoming trends and how they relate to our clients needs
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Docs.
• A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop a productive studio
• Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from clients
• Must be able to quickly understand and work with client and team changes within a studio.
• Be a strong team player who is eager to learn and can grasp information quickly
• A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships
