We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our monthly e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

Security and performance

Seventy7 works in partnership with a 3rd party I.T. support company, GBM digital technologies, Manchester and Lineal, London, to help maintain the security and performance our internal systems.

Seventy7 sometimes works with a 3rd party to help maintain the security and performance of the to deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the seventy7 website., is hosted by UKFast.

People who contact us via social media

We use a third-party software, Sprout Social to manage our social media interactions.

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by our communications department for a duration in the region of three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

People who email us

Any emails received will be processed internally so that we can deal with your enquiry. We will monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

People who work with us 

This includes and is not limited to clients, freelancers, models and supporting agencies. On starting work with us we may gather and store the following information:

seventy7 group operates across 3 locations, Manchester, London and Mumbai. Due to advances in modern technology we are all able to communicate and hold data across the same systems, this not only makes us more efficient it also means that your data safer.

As well as our own internal firewall protected servers, supported by a full disaster recovery plan, we use a number of 3rdparty systems to help us to be as productive as possible. For production and accounting we use WorkBook for project management we use Confluence, for sharing and approving artwork online we use Webproof for sharing and approving imagery we use Xinet Webnative, and for sharing files we use Citrix Sharefile. All our Human Resources requirements are taken care for us by Graffham Consulting. All the above stated companies have their own polices around GDPR and are available to view on their respective sites.

Contact detail may be kept on business mobiles and laptops that are password protected. All our systems are all password protect and have privileged access protocol. Dependant on the service seventy7 group is undertaking for you, your details maybe accessed by any location, however they are only access if needed, it’s not a free for all!

From time to time, we may require access to your customer data to complete a project. At the time of the request we will explain what we need and why it is necessary. If you approve for us to use it, it will be transferred and stored securely on our servers and will only be accessible to those that work on the account. Once the data has been used it will be deleted immediately. We will never pass your customer data onto a third party.

People who are interested in working with us 

This includes and is not limited to clients, freelancers, models and supporting agencies. On making contact with us we will use the contact information you have provided in order for us to complete your enquiry, after which we will ask if you would like to be added to our database to be kept up to date with the agency or if you wish your details to be kept on file.

People who have worked with us in the past 

This includes and is not limited to clients, freelancers, models and supporting agencies. We will securely hold information from previous business relationships only for as long as deemed necessary to comply with business accounts.

Job applicants, current and past employees

Any job applications received through our website or directly through current employees will be kept for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process. As soon as your details are no longer needed they will be deleted.

Any applications received from recruitment agencies will be held securely during the recruitment process and deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary.

On starting your employment with seventy7 we will require additional information such as bank details for salary payments and emergency contacts. This information will be held securely during your employment and for the necessary duration dictated to by HMRC after completion of your employment.

Transfer of personal information

On occasion we may need to pass your details to other people that we work with. This information will always be transferred securely, and we will always ask your permission first and give you details of who we wish to pass your information to and why.

Access to personal information

You can at any time request to see what information we hold about you, in accordance to your individual rights outlined by the ICO, by making a ‘subject access request’. If we do hold information about you, we will:

    • give you a description of it;
    • tell you why we are holding it;
    • tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
  • let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form.
