Senior Producer
About the Role
In this senior producer role you will play an integral part in Seventy7, working in our production team. You will work hand in hand with client services and our creative teams, both in-house and freelance, to deliver great work, managing the end-to-end production of shoots and content produced within the agency. You will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our client’s needs, nurturing strong relationships and providing excellent communication whilst managing timings and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end production including freelance and crew bookings; overseeing sample management and prop sourcing requirements; shoot planning; client approvals; post-production, QA, and delivery.
- Solid understanding of production processes - including the ability to develop a detailed schedule and shoot list, shot counts, maintain project timelines, call sheets, casting and bookings, manage budgets and logistics for timely delivery of assets.
- Close collaboration with the client service team, working together on an accurate and objective interpretation of client briefs, understanding the requirements, expectations and vision of each brief, and advising on production solutions.
- Maintaining strong communication and relationship building with client directly, alongside client services. Taking a proactive approach to project progress, issues and resolutions throughout the project.
- Be comfortable suggesting the best production approach and key crew to make the production a success within the parameters of the client’s available budget and the timeline.
- Adhere to budgets and ensure any scope creep is costed and communicated with client service for approvals.
- Brief shoot and post teams, ensure that creative guidelines and style guides and workflow processes are adhered to and maintained, and all content is of a consistently high standard.
- Attend and support studio and location shoots in the UK ensuring they are kept within structured timelines.
- Manage the on-set set-up elements from pre-production to shoot.
- Manage logistic implementation of shoots liaising with set builders if required.
- Overseeing Quality Control process – ensuring everything is delivered to the highest standard, to client brief and in the relevant specifications for each platform.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Be super organised with a phenomenal attention to detail.
- Have lots of energy and a can-do attitude.
- Be a multi-tasker. You must have the ability to manage a heavy workload and work under pressure, by effectively prioritising, planning and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
- 4+ years of Production experience.
