From our studios in Manchester our services include branding, web design, digital marketing, creative, photography, production and video, all of which are wrapped with end to end account management and logistics production. Put simply we plan, create, deliver and optimise content for our clients.

 

About The Role

As Studio assistant at seventy7 Manchester you will be joining a highly motivated and creative photographic team, working across a range of roles and responsibilities supporting all our activities in our studios. You will be required to manage your own duties whilst working closely and reporting directly to our senior photographer and senior stylist.

You must ensure that we are meeting our client’s needs and those of seventy7 through building strong relationships and being an excellent communicator, whilst ensuring that all tasks are delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the photographic team in all aspects of the photographic process.
  • Setting up and clearing of the studio’s before and after shoots.
  • Ensuring all photographic equipment for a shoot is in the allocated studio on the morning of the shoot.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored away once finished with and any faults logged.
  • Ordering coloramas into the studio for shoots.
  • Studios to be kept tidy, liaising with the set build and housekeeping teams.
  • Organising hospitality for the studio’s when required, lunch orders etc.
  • Organising any prop returns with the styling team.
  • Organising any equipment requirement from local suppliers.
  • To be mentored by the team to start to shoot simple product photography when the schedule allows.
  • Working a Mon-Fri schedule of 9 – 5.30pm, with flexible hours required.

 

About you:

  • Academic qualification in Photography preferable.
  • Knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud and Office 365 software preferable.
  • Having a personable and confident nature and being a great team player is essential.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
