Creative People are a business with a clear proposition, to help dynamic and growing brands build their internal design, product and marketing talent. In 2018, as they stepped into a gap in the recruitment landscape, seventy7 stepped in to help realise their brand and create a lasting presence online.

the challenge

Creating a new brand with a position and purpose is always a challenge, but in a market that has become as saturated as recruitment online, it’s even more of a challenge for a startup to find footing. Establishing an appealing and impactful brand on a small budget means large scale photo and video are off limits, so our team knew they’d have to work smart with the assets that you have available. Through their experience with the sector, Creative People knew that designing a site that stands out in the market, with slick feeds and features was a must-have.

the results

In collaboration with the brand strategy and digital teams at seventy7, Creative People have created a clean, versatile, but elegant brand that resonates with US and EU audiences alike. The use of typographic, graphical devices works together with carefully selected colours to create a brand that appeals to its core consumer in an identifiable but fresh way. In the website build, our team knew that the user’s engagement was a key focus, using this to create transitions and loading sequences that use the brand elements to full effect. The combination of a strong brand and imaginative user experience resulted in a client with a brand they’re passionate about rolling out into the market.
